One of the top places I've eaten, period. Nothing about this place is a bad experience, the food, the staff, the atmosphere, it's all amazing. Whether it's your first time having Filipino food, or your thousandth, there's something here for everyone. From start to finish the food and the staff make you feel like you're sitting down to a home cooked meal. Curious about a certain dish? Just ask about it, they'll detail every last flavor in there and by the end, you'll know 100% what's for you! Absolutely terrific place, I could not recommend this more!

Great food fast at affordable prices. Authentic Filipino food. Brian and Nes are awesome proprietors who always welcome you with a smile and greetings to make yiu feel at home.

They are sooooooooo sooooo delicious!!! Not good for my waistline! Super friendly place with family cozy atmosphere. If I lived closer I would eat here all the time.

Wow! Best counter service! We didn't know what the entrees were, and the staff let us try new things and it was delicious!

Love their pancit and beef lumpia. For a while I was going there more than once a week to satisfy my pancit craving. We'll keep coming back. Another excellent combo is the beef adobo over garlic rice. Seating is limited, but luckily most customers do takeout. Inside is not fancy, reminds me of my grandparents homes, tons of family pictures. So if you like that atmosphere you'll like it here.

Uuuuuh delicious!!! I ordered through postmates for the 1st time and the food was so hot and amazing!! The pancit reminded me of my Filipino friends that were like family to me! And they gave me extra lumpia which was also amazing especially with the dipping sauce. Will be ordering from here again!!

The food was really good. And my meal was nice and hot when I got it. The service was fast and friendly and the bright smiles of the 2 adorable young ladies up front was a plus. I would definitely recommend this place for good Filipino food.

My coworker has turned me on to this place and I'm so glad he did! Everytime I go, it has been a positive experience! The employees are very friendly and welcoming. The food is excellent and fulfilling. I have already got others hooked as well. Keep it up!

Good people, great food, fun atmosphere

Used to live in Chesapeake and moved to Virginia Beach awhile back so I had forgotten about this place. Stopped by 2 days in a row, awesome food and great service. The fried pork belly was delicious!!!! I'll be eating here a lot, thank you!

I needed some lumpia for a get together on a Saturday afternoon last minute! I called Maymar to see if they could have 50 lumpia "cooked" by 3:30pm that afternoon. They told me yes. I came on time and they had it ready and it was exactly $30. It came with a container of sweet and sour sauce and was a BIG hit!! Everyone loved it. It was delicious!

It's so good, I've become a regular, I can get good home cooked food quickly at a good price and be back to work. Great warm smiles from all who serve. Food is always so good. I don't want to tell you how good the Kari Kari is so I will be sure to get some. Got to have it.. Oh get it they will make more. You will feel like your at your favorite aunties house for lunch.

Food was great and fresh! Maybe a bit larger serving should happen for the price...or maybe it's so good that I want more. I could see how the later in the day it gets, the food could get dry; so get there early.

I love this place. Its fast and the food is good. It's good enough, in fact, they have a hard time keeping up with the needed lumpia. But it's worth the few extra minuts wait.

Fun Family Atmosphere. Excellent & Charismatic customer service. Not a ton of seating, so probably better to take-out for larger parties. I tried the Tito. Lumpia was perfect. Pancit was a little bland for my taste. Overall though, definitely a place I will return to often.

I love Filipino food, and this place is a great way to introduce your fellow co-workers to the culture. Ordered a small tray of pancit and 50 lumpia, very inexpensive and very friendly owner and staff. Highly recommend this local business to people looking to cross over and try new food.

This place is great. I ate a lot of Filipino food growing up in Hawaii :D And on that authority I say this place has good food and great prices and their quite freindly :)

The food is good and the atmosphere is nice. Overall I do enjoy this place but sometimes it takes a while to get the food out which is why I didn't give it 5 stars.

Community atmosphere with a hipster feelSmall charming and a chalkboard of comments from random people. The windows are painted with a flag, and the benches have pillows. This is decently a grab and run place but it can be a hang and chill if they change the lighting. Somebody cared about this place and the food is good. This can be a lunch stop if they added some free wifi. Im new to Filipino food so I can't compare, but if your tired of French fries it's worth a try. I'd give this place a try if you want an inexpensive quick lunch. The food is American palate friendly. I would of given it 5 stars except they overcooked my bangus (milkfish), but they did have diet MT dew

THIS FOOD WAS AMAZING!!!!! You did not have to put your foot in that food like you do cause we have to write up our wonderful co worker for suggesting this place! This food was absolutely amazing !!!!! There is NO DOUBT THAT WE WILL BE ORDERING FROM Y'ALL AGAIN YA DIG!!!!!!!!!!

Perfect location next to the ultrasound clinic I went to see my lil’ bean. The food was so yummy and the hospitality was amazing. Definitely coming back even if this restaurant is ways ahead from where I live.

First time being here. Clean and friendly staff. Lumpias were delish! Cashier let me taste "sising" (i think thats the name)pork belly with veggies it was great!

Never tried Philippine food but their lumpi are so so good I think I’m addicted

Actually 3.5 * I went there around 3pm so the foods were slightly dry. It tasted good, but I wish it was hotter. Staff was very nice and friendly. The place was clean. And the decor more personable. I have eaten at the other Maymar at Indian River Rd., and I have to day food was better and more selection. I will come back and try it again, but at an earlier time.

Loved the atmosphere! The food and the service! It would be nice if the had a drink fountain, but that is me being super picky. I had the veggie pancit, pork bicol, and beef lumpia! It was so good!!!
